Free Worldwide Shipping

Ozerlo offers free worldwide shipping on wallet orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local courier network, customs processing and seasonal demand.

Order Processing Time

Most Ozerlo orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging and preparation for dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your destination, your email will include a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take a few days to update after your package has been dispatched. This is normal when a package is moving between shipping facilities or countries.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so we can review the status.

Correct Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Ozerlo cannot guarantee address changes after an order has already been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Ozerlo.

Delayed, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery scans can sometimes pause temporarily while the package is moving between facilities.

If your package appears to be lost or has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us at info@ozerlo.com with your order number and shipping details.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, reception area, building entrance and neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before the final handoff.
