HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering online from www.ozerlo.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the color and quantity needed and then click ADD TO CART. Once you have your desired items in your bag, simply click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

HOW LONG CAN ITEMS BE STORED IN MY SHOPPING CART?
The shopping bag to your account is linked to will retain its contents up to 14 days. This applies to all customers.

Delivery times:
- United States: 12-25 business days.
- International: 12-25 business days.
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances).
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I PLACED?
We process orders very quickly, so cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed.If you would like to return your product and receive store credit in the form of Gift Card please email info@ozerlo.com including your order # to receive an RMA and return address. Please note that:
- For a refund paid by Paypal there is a $15,- fee
- For a refund paid by credit card it's free within a hour. After a hour there is also a $15,-fee
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW TO DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
